COMMENTS: This ram is the sire of RP11-0002 who weighed 128kg at 16 months with an eye muscle depth of 43mm, 18.4 micron and was the Southwest Slopes All Purpose ram of the Year 2012.  He is also the half brother to our very successful semen sire RP09-0014 (Sharing the same dam).  RP09-0044 is a well built, meat machine, showing outstanding structure & size.  His wool is a bright, soft handling Fine/Medium wool.  He was  entered in the 2011 New England Sire Evaluation Program and is an Industry trait leader for body weight, tops to culls and has come out on top for combined visual and measured figures with good fleece rot resistance and structural traits .
